Nurse led Health Check For ~Men:

This involves a visit to one of our experience Practice Nurses who will go through a health check with you .

Step 1 : A health questionnaire is filled out with Nurse  .

Step 2 :   Blood Pressure Check , Heart Rate , Weight etc.

Step 3: ECG ( Heart Tracing ) , Blood pressure check and ‘Well Man/ Woman  Bloods ‘.

 Bloods include – FBC , Kidney and Liver Function , Cholesterol , Glucose , HBA1C , Thyroid Function  (and Prostate Blood test where indicated ) 

Step 4: A Follow up call by our Nurse 1-2 weeks later with results and targeted advice ( which may include if indicated a follow up visit with a Gp )
