We now offer On-Line Booking of Appointments through Pippo software .

(For Administration reasons Private Gp Appointments only  can be booked at this time )

Very simple to set up and easier again to  use on this website – see ‘Gp Appointment Booking ‘ in green box  above.

There is also  a smart-phone App downloaded for iPhones here and Android devices here.

Step 1: Download the App or click on  ‘Gp Appointment Booking’  in green box above  above  to get straight into the Pippo website  .

Step 2: Register using  the App or on the Pippo website as a patient of our practice – this will only be available for existing patients and only needs to be done the first time you use this Service.

Step 3: Book your appointment .

TIP – GIVE  THE  BOOKING  PAGE  A  MOMENT   TO   REFRESH  AS  IT  SCANS  OUR  APPOINTMENT  SYSTEM  FOR  AVAILABILITY.

Very Important :
– Your first name, surname, DOB and mobile phone must  exactly match the information we have on your file .
– If the registration is declined, it is likely our system has a slightly different first name, surname, DOB or mobile on your file (e.g. O’Connell Vs O Connell). 

Also ,the  on line booking system requires  we have an email address recorded in your file.

If you are having a difficulties  email our admin team at admin@csmc.ie to check  each of these details and then  re-try the registration process.

Why might this be useful ?

Unwell at the weekend or after surgery hours but not an emergency for example ? You no longer have to wait until  the Surgery re-opens  to phone and book an Appointment.

 You can have your Doctors appointment booked on the App or Pippo website for the next available appointment or indeed any other day that suits you – the on-line booking option  gives you great control and flexibility in terms of arranging a time that suits you to see your chosen Doctor .
