• to all 50 years and older .
•  if you are in a high risk group or  immunocompromised  ,
• a health care worker or carer
• or after discussion with Doctor / Nurse it is advised you should have a booster .

Flu Vaccine is advised and FREE

• to everyone aged 65 years and older .
• All children 2-17 years ( nasal spray )
• Aged 12-64 years with a weakened immune system or  in a high risk group or  Health carer worker , carer etc .
